Question Temps all over the place with Corsair Cooler ?

I recently purchased the Corsair Titan 360 RX Liquid CPU Cooler and it seems like the temps are all over the place. One minute it's 50, next minute it's 35. It already had thermal paste on it so i didn't repaste it.
Should I have put better thermal paste on it? I have some Arctic MX-4 thermal paste.

How is the AIO mounted in the chassis? I noticed you have your specs mentioned in your sig psace. Users are advised to inlcude their system specs in the thread's body as sig space specs can and will change over time. When that happens this thread and it's relevant suggestions will be rendered moot to the end user in the same boat as you're in now.

If you will, please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Please include your ambient room air temps as well.

I cannot see any information on your system. Use mobile mainly and prefer it without the sigs. Take a few minutes to put your details into the thread or alternatively not get the help you came here for. Tough one

Clearly needing help isn't as important as being difficult/combative over a simple request from those trying to assist.
