I have an old laptop, acer e5 417g (4gb +4 gb ddr3 ram and 512gb ssd sata).

I couldnt install windows 7 anymore since i changed my hdd to an ssd sata , but i am still not sure if it is the problem.

Right now, i am using a windows 10, it can run smoothly, i can play low spec games and normal multitask things, i don't see the problem,
but everytime the installation is finished , it will be stuck at the starting up, either it is mbr or gpt, legacy or uefi.

I thought the installer was corrupted, but it works on the newest laptops,
thank you.

You could've cloned the OS installation over to the SSD.

I fail to see your question(as you've posted this thread on Windows 7 section). You have Windows 10 running on your laptop, while the laptop's support site says;
https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/Aspire_E5-471G
you have official support for Windows 10. In fact your laptop can accept 2x8GB DDR3L-1600MHz sticks(provided my assumption of the processor under the hood of your laptop is right), that should help give you some headroom with multitasking over 8GB's of ram.
