What did this come out of? The manufacturer "San Shing" makes lots of industrial devices. What looks like a part number "BOBO24-01D" or "808024-01D" did not provide any obvious leads.

Sata combo adapter would do the same thing as your mystery "power supply plug in part".

It is from my computer case, has a slot to plug in the SSD from outside of the case at the top

It clearly shows the card from the front of a PC which I didn't say, and a broken 4 pin power connector, that needs to be replaced.

Yep, that is an old x-dock interface/slot. Just a SATA adapter. Nothing special.

CM likely fabricated a proprietary card to fit that form factor.

You'll have to de-solder the current socket pins and then solder the new part into place. These are not simply unplugged/plugged into place. Just making sure you realize that.
